"Shawn came the very day I spoke with him on the phone about our bee problem. We had bees coming into our attic. He knew exactly what to do, was super professional, and took the time to explain what was happening. Our roof is ridiculously high and at such a hard angle to treat. I couldn’t believe he was willing to treat on the spot. Others I contacted said it was too high, and would not be able to come. Shawn did an amazing job! I wish he could be the person that could fix everything around my house, but for now, I’m just glad to know I have him in my contacts if I acquire any future pests. "We had a massive invasion of carpenter ants and mice. There was no way we could eliminate either of these without help. We live in the woods. Bugs and mice are part of the living on this king of land. They aren’t cheap, but they do the job and they come when called. We’ll never be rid of the mice or the ants, not completely, but there are a whole lot fewer of them than there were and it gets better every year. Living in the woods is lovely, but very messy. We buy an annual package."

"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we’ve had to use this service."

Description of Work: They treated our backyard for ants and sprayed all around the house for wasps and bees. Later, they did aeration and lawn fertilization.

"We had tried many things to try to get rid of the many ants in our yard. It was pretty bad. When we called them, we asked why they cost $100 more than others and they told us because they guarantee their work. They used organic and pet friendly treatment. They treated eve thing very thoroughly and gave advice on how to grow back our damaged lawn. They followed up with us and we finally saw an end to our ant problem. In addition, our lawn hasn’t looked better. We would highly recommend them and we will use them again."

Description of Work: I had a mouse problem and he got rid of them within about a week. I also had a huge hornets nest in my shed that he handled as well. He sealed the entire bottom of my house with a wire mesh to not only eliminate the problem, but also stop future mice from coming in.

"Amazing!. Sean is always on time, he is very knowledgeable, very thorough and I love that he takes the time with me to explain what he is doing and why it’s helpful. He educates on ways to make the best of his services so that we work as a team to keep out the pests. I’m a single Mom with a medically fragile son. I have to be careful with my expenses and I have to say that this continues to be my best investment in my home and my family’s health.
